How so , To ban UN Flight only hurts Somaliland , the article state 413 000 oo ruux o ku dhaqan Somaliland ay xiligan u baahan yihiin gaargar bani'aadanimo.

That is what the UN claims in order to be allowed back but not Somaliland....
