Shabaab can run Puntland over ,if they were not concentrated and if they were not battling ugandans burundi ethiopian kenyan and Somali troops in south and central Somalia. You remember in 2006 the ICU were on the verge taking Galkacyo but the Ethiopians saved the show.. And Shabaab in 2009 were 10 times stronger than ICU they were ICU on steroids.
