I work with "Gaalo", Barees Cune and Arabs. I freely mix with all groups and , because each group considers me to be one of them (Arabs for speaking Arabic, Gaalo for not being Barees Cune or Arab and the Barees Cune's for my familarity with their culture). I know everything I need to know about ALL of them, they know very little about me.

I get along with them, but I usually get annoyed with my clients/patients when they ask if I'm a Pirate and I usually tell them not to mess with a guy that has a handpiece that rotates at 100rpm close to your mouth! .Though Some of them I want to punch in the face for being sissy.haha

To the poster as long as you are kind and polite to your coworkers that suffices. And yeah do stay away from any gossiping whether it is at work or otherwise. I believe in the saying those who gossip with you they also gossip of you.
