Read the article you posted and show us where it says the country of PL?

New Delhi, May 15 (IANS) Against the backdrop of Somali pirates currently holding over 60 Indian sailors as hostage, the African country’s Puntland state backs military operations to rescue them and to fight piracy, even as its President Abdirahman Mohammed Mohamud Farole is in India to work out a naval capacity building agreement.

Nonsense, Puntland is part of Somalia, an important part but a part never the less. Those who foolishly & regardless of history are now making such claims should be a shamed of themselves. King & Osman don't ruin the hard won image and reputation of the State just cause you want to score goals against a few confused secessionist & the like.

War yarku madax adakaa. African Country's Puntland state. Just ponder on that. Besides why would they write Puntland is a semi autonomous state in Somali, in the same article?
