Ducaysane Posted February 23, 2012 You guys know this is not a criminal case, just a civil case. Meaning that the plaintiff is asking for a monetary compensation. But Ali Samater does not have penny dhexda ka daloola xataa. He does not even own a house in Somalia. But what troubles me is the guys like Siilaanyo, Ina kaahin Ibraahim dhagawenye are hero in Hargaysa eventhou they killed more people than Ali Samatar.
