The Board was informed at the outset of its letters addressed to His Highness Prince may God protect him from all of His Excellency President Ahmad Muhammad Siilaanyo President of the Republic of Somaliland and President Abdoulaye Wade, President of the Republic of Senegal, and His Majesty King Juan Carlos, King of the Kingdom of Spain and President Dr. Leonel Fernandez, President Dominican Republic and His Excellency President Lee Myung-bak, President of the Republic of Korea and President Boni Yayi of Benin Republic and His Excellency Mohammed bin Isa Secretary General of the authentic in the Kingdom of Morocco.
