Britain's involvement in SSC conflict

Recommended Posts

Guys let's not generalize a whole group the Garaads of Somaliland are as noble as the rest of the Somalilanders sure they have some some opportunistic people

mainly in the diaspora that want to dismember the country for selfish clanish reasons how ever i totally disagree with the garaads being uncivilized by nature or want to be uncivilized they played a huge role in keeping the peace between the various clans in the sool and sanaag regions in the early 90s. Ninki garanaya garanaya.they have the same values cultures customs as the rest of the somalilanders. Somaliland stance for peace and stability and progress.

We need footsoldiers and spies for our soon to be country. So in short no, either the children of the mad mullah will have to vacate las anood and buhoodle and dwell on the other side of the border, or they will become loyal citizens doing what they do best. The north will not be turned into bandit country simply because one tribe does not want to follow the civilised majority...no sir.

You are the kind of retard that is so messed up in the head, that people have to even chew your food for you, before you can learn to chew yourself and swallow. If the Queen must do just that intellectually, then let her be wasting her Money and Time on a bunch of orphans chewing themselves to death.

Another century, before a civilized orphan makes it past kindergarten.

Basher, did I hit a nerve? Lol

The fact of the matter is you guys are still stuck in the 1800's, with queens and mad mullahs. Time however waits for no one and it can be brutal with no sympathy. It makes no difference today if your folks used to sleep in the stable with the Mad Mullah horses or they eavesdrop on the females gossiping hoping to find some juicy bit of info to take to your master Afweyne. That's the past let me pull your head out of your **** and give you the hard truth you are scared off. Today you will embrace Somaliland and accept your duty or you will be hunted down like your breathten across the border in Ethioipia, blooded and beaten by the Tigre shaft. You choose, we deliver..

Keyboard commando, there is a hole in your line of thinking, when one considers certain facts:

Your one-clan based secessionist enclave is not going anywhere with its unilateral declaration of secession. After chasing a mirage all these years, you have come to a dead-end leading you no where. You have no strong gene to pull all the others by force in order to get away with the secession.

While your secessionist clan has accepted British colonial rule in 1888, through bilateral treaties, the people of Sool, Sanaag and Cayn (SSC) have by contrast refused from the outset to be part of the British colony. Their Dervish resistance movement, under Sayed Mohamed Abdalla Hassan, had fought against British colonial occupation for over 20 years (1900- 1920). Even if the British finally managed to defeat them militarily, thanks to the collaboration of the secessionist clan, the SSC people never formally signed to accept British colonisation. In the absence of a binding bilateral treaty with the British, the SSC regions and people were therefore not bound to remain as part of that entity once Britain's colonial rule ended. Such being their nationalist past, it is inconceivable they will ever agree, or bow, to secession and leave the union for which they had made incalculable sacrifices. Alas, history repeats itself, and it is the same people who played a treacherous part in the defeat of the Dervish free fighters who are once again bent on Somalia's dismemberment, this time in collaboration with its worst enemy, Ethiopia.

Unfortunately for your separatists, the sons and daughters of the Dervish, who refused to succumb to the might of the British Empire, will not surrender to one clan occupation and its crimes against the union . The people of the unionist regions of Sool, Sanaag and Cayn, remain true to their history as defenders of the Somali homeland against alien invaders and colonisers and continue to pay heavy sacrifices in defending Somalia's unity, this time against its internal clannish enemies.

No matter how long it takes, they will defeat the enemy of unity and banish the bane of secession from Somalia's body politic once and for all and consign it to the dustbin of history.

Bashiir Your so called mullah had a treaty with the Italians signed by Both the italian Empire and your Mullah he and his people accepted Italian Colonialism the treaty said that he and his people are with the italians. But rejected British colonialism what a contradiction Are the British More Gaalo then the Italians:D:D any how that's history people move on. Somaliland gained independence in 1960 not in 1920 learn the history Kid It's not us who are demonstrating infront of david camerons house asking for British help:D As for your other point there is no unionist in sool sanaag cayn that's what they fed you and want you to believe. Somalilanders from east to west share the same political ideology when it comes to nationhood. Somaliland today is stronger then ever the enemy's of Somaliland are all feeling the heat.

You can't tell the difference between A, B or C. How do you suppose you know something as sophisticated [for you] as "history"?

Don't call me kid simply because you are too retarded to read simple texts . Learn it, then come back and discuss like a civilized creature.
