First of all no need to insult ppl's intelligence. Secondley I said wearing jalbaab is too much not wearing hijaab and abaya which I clearly wear and in fact did since I was 7 yrs old. The point was where you draw the line?..thats it..I am not saying u should wear some tights and whatever...also I was highlighting that it was optional and that some ppl act as if its a must on a girl to wear jalbaab (and I think you know what jalbaab is waa jalbaab xijaabka dheeer ee ilaa ruuga gadhaya )..

Also, before guys talks abt girls ..they should look at themselves and grow a beard and roll their pants (something I havent seen lots of guys do..waxa moda diintu gabadhaha qudha in lugu dabaqo)..

@ Aaliyah you are right jalbaab dheer qasab ma aha lakiin walaaleey wax intii la xidho goono ama surwaal dhuuban masar yarna madax lagu xidhanayo oo lagu leyahay hijaab baan xidhay ma ila saxsana aniga. The idea of hijaab is about covering up so any modest clothing is ok as long as your body is not showing.

I totally agree about nimanka gabdhaha iyo xijaabka uun daba taagan yagana aan is firineynin. Some guys on my Facebook oo yagba aan ilaahey ka cabsi wax ka ogeyn baa every day muxaadro ka jeediya how gabdhahii eey u halaben etc. It is high time eey yaga is xisaabiyaan Faraxyaashan.

^ I agree with you hun whichs y mostly I wear abaya. Skirts that are baggy just look totally weird and I dnt like to wear tight skirts like u said takes the whole point of being modest out of the window. As for the pants discussion? ppl differ in those issues but many of my arab friends believe wearing pants is halaal as long as its baggy..so wouldnt know abt that..yaga iyo ilahooda who are we to judge as long as the person has good intentions and wants to be modest which path they choose is ultimately their choice.

As for the guys yeah I know...waliga ma aragtay qof surwaalka uu labneen oo gadhna laheen oo hadana raba in uu ka muxadarayo say gabadhuhu u labistaa waa yaab :P..High time indeed for self reflection.

As far as I am concerned surwaal is a man's clothing and women and men are not supposed to dress the same.I also have some friends who wear pants and whose dedication to Islam is otherwise wonderful but I am still not convinced that it is ok to wear pants alone. God knows the best.

I deactivated my facebook account. Lets all get real, what does Fb do for us? me personally sh1t all infact it has made me a stalker, or so I feel like one. All I do is read what others post and go through their pictures and in the process I end up *****ing about what Safiya was wearing and the ugly Farah she is posing with, and the cute dirac she wore to Khadijas wedding while escorting an ugly hair do. So you get my drift Fb is useless yes it has united 12% of the worlds population in cyber world and contributed to physical inactivity. So no thanks to Fb.

The only good thing that Fb has done for our society is it benefited alot of couples that are now legally wed.

Facebook is fine if you use it in a halaal way :)...I mainly use to it to keep in touch with my relatives across seas (especially the younger ones ) it gives us a way to reconnect with each other and get to know one another. It is not that bad...but you are right faaidada waxa ka badan khasaaraha hadi si xun lo isticmaalo we can be mature abt it and use it in a beneficial way.
