Once oil and mineral companies return like in the past prior to discontinuing their operation out of security concern, then the discussion resumes from where it was left. In the meantime, Puntland has lost the plot and won't assure the safety of the likes of AFRICAN OIL and its affiliates even with SARACEN support.

I support the Kuwati funded projects initiated by Maakhirian intellectuals and concerned citizens, not SARACEN and its security contracts with both TFG and PUNTLAND. It's a threat to our national unity. We need more humanitarian aid and projects, not guns and helicopters.

It is sad that the national security apparatus is being outsourced one after the other until our nation becomes on the mercy of outsiders. As Nassir put it, we need genuine development projects not guns if I may add to.
