^^^How will the planes help in extracting Oil?

Again dont delude yourself lad, the oil exploration of Puntland will be in two towns, Ufain and Conoco[Garowe]. There are no plans with regards to Galgala and even if there were, its up to the state and no one else. :D

I didnt said oil, I said to chase people away from their lands with the planes, so Puntland can sell the land to foreign companies? Like the case with Galgala?

Is that the plan?

Obama admin has already voiced its concern of Puntland's subcontracting of a private security and its provision of equipment and training. It is a direct violation of the UN arms embargo on Somalia.

On the other side of the Galgala conflict, local reports indicate new efforts to consolidate the SSC and Maakhir political movements and unify its leadership. it's not clear who is backing it up, perhaps a new Western backed policy to counter the dangerous trajectory of Puntland' s clan-based hegemony.

Ps. Quite busy, I will contribute more Inshallah.

Thankful

The Obama Admin has also frozen the assets of Atam, and the UN has accused him in numerous reports over the years of also violating the arms embargo. Yet for some reason Nassir turns a blind eye to this and actually supports him. If you are so concerned with who is breaking international law you should not be so bias towards people just because they come from your community.

Right now Faroole is in Kuwait and part of his delegation former Puntland presidential candidate and the man you called a few months ago Maakhir's heavyweight politician Ilka-Jiir.

Yeah as if the Americans dont know whats going on.. :D As for uniting the Xaglatoosiye with agent Attam, its day dreams as usual for the usual suspects..

Puntland strength and depth is causing mad confusion in some quarters.

The people are united look at the top leadership of the state.

President is from Nugaal

VP is from Sool

Speaker of Parliment is from Mudug

Minister of Interior- Sanaag

Only in puntland..

AP named the private security company involved in training the troops as Saracen International, a Uganda-based firm headed by a South African former special forces soldier called Bill Pelser. In a November statement the Puntland government said Saracen had been hired to establish its "marine forces", while documents from the Somali presidency this year suggested the company had been hired to train the presidential guard in Mogadishu.

But in a phone interview, Pelser told the Guardian claims of his company's involvement were
"bullshit",
and said he would take legal action against the media.
"I have already given a statement to the UN security council on this. None of my assets are involved in Somalia. It must be another company called Saracen,"
.
