Apparently Meles is mad because Siilaanyo, unlike his predecessor, didn't "connsult" him and didn't get his approval when he was nominating his cabinet. Kudos to Siilaanyo. Let's see how much longer he can hold on to that position.

Ethiopia and Somaliland relations should be based on mutual interest between the two countries , there should be a balance of power when the two are having diplomatic relations ,Ethiopia should not intervene with Somaliland internal politics and Somaliland should not intervene with Ethiopia’s internal affairs , The former udub regime was to weak and Ethiopians got away with most of the things concerning Somaliland internal affairs the whole bebera port contract , thus Ethiopia is just being reminded that Somaliland interest comes first , the president of our country Somaliland has his people behind him he does not need to brief Adis ababa about his cabinet members , So the Kulmiye administration is just returning the relationship back to the balance where it was before rayaale got in power.
