We want Ethiopia to collapse and break up. Amhaara wannabe Abiy is a foolish man. He went into hiding fulaynimo darted. He is afraid of being assassinated.

There is no other way to liberate the Somali region from the Habesha and their Dabaqoodhi Somalis like Cagjar. full collapse is what we need. Freedom will be sweet for our people.

A collapsed Ethiopia is in no one's interest. Somaliland and Puntland can hardly deal with the hundreds of thousands of Oromo migrants currently in their territories so if Ethiopia collapses due to a full blown civil war and millions cross the border, we are finished.

That will be sweet irony. Two places where Somalis were kicked out. Well, the two better get ready and set up a welcome party.

I would say, the opposite will happen and Tigray will have difficult to move forward. Poor armed Amhara mobilizing with millions , Afar is winning and the OLF Oromo are no where to be seen.

Next few weeks are crucial. THe TPLF couldn't capture Mille, in fact, the Affar forces are in another town called Ayet which is 50 km from Mille . If the Affar can do so does the Amhara. Yesterday an Affar fighter said most the TDF fighters they killed in these battles were 13-16 years old kids. THe TPLF is deploying child soldiers.

The biggest surprise of this war the so called OLA are just couple of hundred misfits ridding the TPLF caravan.

On another note. I did talk a guy from Toronto who just came from Addis last week. He said, he cut his vocation short due to the emergency order. He said, when you are filling from Bole international, everything seems normal, but in the city, by six in the evening , the whole city closes and people retreat to their homes.

He said at the moment, Jigjiga is the most peaceful town in all of Ethiopia.People from other regions are coming for shelter in Jigjiga. He also said for fifty years while the Somali region was either at war, or in emergency rule, finally the table are turned and the oppressors are at war. He said except few TPLF sympathizers detained by Cagjar, Jigjiga was cool and at ease.

Afar is killing the dream of Tigray come back to power, they may save Abiya. Tigray forces must regroup to adjust the Afar advancement to cut off their supply line. If they do that Amharo will have a new chance to counter attack with a lot of men in different places because the Tigry are over streched . Similar problem that Somali army had in 1978 after initial success although the soviet was game changer. Somalia could not add new forces. Tigray are experiencing similar problem. They do not have enough men to add the front line and that will ultimately lead their lost. They just facing large enemy that can bring more people to front. Blinken is already realizing the new development and asking a new negotiation.

TPLF is defeated in Affar. As they retreat they have burned Masjids and religious books.

The map shows Chifra is directly facing Waldiya which is north of Dessie. If the Afat keeps moving they will cut the supply line of the Junta. .

It seems the coup has failed. If Abiy prevailed, America will be cut in size in so many ways. Also, Sudanese army was trying to bring in TPLF fighters recruited and trained from the refygee camps were ambushed by Ethiopian forces with  dozens of Sudanese casualties.

TPLF could have liberated their own Amhara seized towns and stayed in their territories, but they decided to wage a proxy war for the big boys. The plan was almost perfect, but the hapless OLA failed to do their part.

A day after it was announced by Afar regional State Communication office, the Ethiopian State media on Sunday confirmed that Chifra, a strategic town linking Afar, Amhara and Tigray region, is now under the control of the Ethiopian Defense Force and Afar region special forces.

Two days ago, Ethiopian Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed shared a video footage, on this twitter page, in which he said the Ethiopian Forces have captured Kasagita, another strategic town where the Tigray People’s Liberation Front (TPLF) had a fortified position, and that Burka and Chifra would be captured next.

Two of the towns are now under Ethiopian Forces. The TPLF has reportedly suffered a blowing defeat at the Kasagita.

In what seems to be a scorched earth action, the TPLF forces burned private and public properties which they were unable to transport to the Tigray region.

Earlier this week, the highest body overseeing the State of Emergency in Ethiopia introduced a new regulation restricting battlefront related information, including the whereabouts and advances made by the Ethiopian Forces until disclosed by a designated government body, the Government Communication Ministry.

However, there are rumours that  the Ethiopian forces are already marching to the industrial city of Kombolcha after recapturing Bati.

The TPLF has not yet released an official statement regarding the losses in Kasagita, Bati and Chifra.

The United States government has been apparently expecting the TPLF forces to capture the capital Addis Ababa and consequent mayhem within two weeks after the capture of the Dessie and Kombolcha. It has issued travel advisories for American citizens to avoid travel to Ethiopia and for those who are already in Ethiopia to use commercial flights to evacuate from Ethiopia.

As it turns out and based on extensive state media and citizen reports,  TPLF forces are not only stopped from making further advances but also found themselves in a position whereby they are cut from reinforcement supply lines and logistics too.

Ethiopian PM minister Abiy Ahmed seems to be optimistic that the TPLF forces will be defeated in a matter of weeks. He is leading the army in his capacity as commander in chief of the armed forces, and his presence in the battle front has visibly made a difference in terms of mobilization and in terms of boosting the spirit of the resistance forces.
