Why are people so negative? The constructions firms plus the employees are all local therefore it will benefit the local folk who will be building this thing. Plus we have no problem with a fellow a Muslim buying a villa which he spent in his own money in somaliland. He is welcome anytime.

Shiekh is the next big thing runtii. it's got great weather, beautiful scenery, and is only 45min-1 hr drive from red sea beaches. Hot damn what a spot.
