There will be negotuitions to manage the election, but these small skirmishes by militia from Hiiraan will not  threaten the country.

There are no clan militia today who can confront Gorgor. The usual clan militia wars , whether it is Kaaraan or Tukaraq, usually takes half an hour quicks war and everyone goes home to collect the dead and regroup.

If they happen to face Gorgor, none of them will ever come back for the next they will be in body bags.

A much stronger  Al-shabaab force with 200 men attacked Bariire and Awdeegle, by surprise, and the and 76 of them were dead.

You are right, there is no very organized clan militia, and the SNA despite efforts by some people is not splitting. That said Somalis waa dad easily xamaasado qaado.

This is the moment the armed forces of the Somali nation will be made or broken. 

If they stand up for flag and country, they will bring this 'fitna' once and for all, and make sure that the instigators are brought to their knees.  

If this is allowed to fester, it will never end.

I agree. When QOOr Qoor was elected in Galmudug, militia belonging to Ehlu Sunnah took over government houses and tried to create a parallel entity.  Gorgor crushed them and they disappeared the next day. 

Every militia that takes gun for anarchy must pay the ultimate price.

People of moqdisho do not want to war but Moqdisho is full of clan Malesia and weapon. Hasan sheikh gave each moqdisho clan their own SNA units and pick up trucks. The old SNA unit are still loyal to their clans. They are mainly outside moqdisho but they enter moqdisho if tribe needs them.  

The new units gorgor, harimcad are more mixed and more loyal to government. The process of building a national security forces loyal to state just began. That is what they have problem, not farmaajo. Neither them or their sponsors want to see strong Somali national security. In 1960, the Somali leaders was told, you nation just need police force. In 1964 war with ethiopia, somalia only had 4000 men mainly police.
