NGONGE Posted June 7, 2010 Someone was supposed to give me a rough figure of what their budget for next year will be. They ask for a print out of all their expenses this year. I give it to them. Two weeks later and still no reply. I phone to ask and they tell me that they're struggling to agree two figures. One is called "brought forward balance" and the other "cancelled payment".
