Backaches

Recommended Posts

Pucca

i've had back problems for so long and doc has forever been giving me painkillers. According to her (my doc) there's nothing wrong with my back, i should just exercise and take my painkillers.

thats when i started fantasizing about her slow death...dull knife and all.

so ibtisam dearest, whenever you find something that works please do let me know. Till then, i wish you the best of luck and may allah ease your pain.

question, do your backpains get worst around certain times of the month?

Western's world answer to everything is medication and more medication.

You could be experiencing these pains due to your posture (if you slouching when you are at your computer)...I think one cause it might be is your bed, you don't have the right mattress to support your body...Maybe you should consider shopping for a new mattress!!...Another reason for back pains could be that sometimes females who have slim figures but are chesty tend to have more backaches due to the heavy load they carry.

Make sure that you wear the right footwear for your work type...Reduce your stress...And I hope you figure out the cause and get better treatment...bee bye

To balance that, one ought to consider growing the rear end in order to achieve equilibrium, and therefore reduce any chance of back pain.

Check out this step by step guide.

Consult your doctor,if not convinced, see a specialist, while some suggested exercise, some of the exercises could elevate the problem, also getting the right mattress to sleep is important.

I have been having back problems for sometime now. at the beginning it was lower back pain, now my whole back aches!!! although the causes of this annoying pain may vary, , some are self-inflicted due to a lifetime of bad habits, i have been developing a bad sitting and sleeping posture.i saw a doctor, i took painkillers.i went to a a massage therapist with heating pad and weird electronic simulation machine. called "TENS" Nothing has worked so far!!!

Ibti. try to change your posture sis, the way you sit or stand, or sleep. I blame the the long hours of sitting at the computer!

NG. I think i should try the "TOOBIN".

JB. I've seen many folks who are advised to get married after experiencing backaches( i was there at the doctor clinic with two of them). i even went to the same doctor who they went to..i wonder why he didn't tell me to get marry either. :(

Oi, Ibts. So sorry to hear that. From someone who's been there in despair.

Get a referral to a specialist.

Get appropriate exercise while you wait- look here: Spine Health. Look for your symptoms and do the relevant exercises. Any exercise needs to be specific or it's a waste of time(for your back's health or potentially damaging).

Hijama(Cupping). I have a list of Muslim female practitioners(and their numbers) in the four part of London and beyond. :D Let me know if interested. I can't vouch for any of them but can point to the organisation that recommended them.

Deep tissue Massage- murderously painful but necessary.

Accupuncture followed by cupping.

salamu calaykum,

Ibtisam I'd say see a doctor, perhaps a specialist. see what they say.

2nd do regular back exercises.

3rd. Jacuuzi. It's really nice way to release some pressure off that back.

4th. Quran is the best treatment, so read qulacuudyada, aayad kursi into a jar of water, then apply to you back with sincere confidence that Allah will vailed your pain. Insha Allah khayr.

ps. Don't worry about jb suggestions. When girls are circumzed the fircooni style, they tend to have back pains during their period. This is because their are so tightly knit for them to flow easily. So most of the blood clots ends up staying rather than coming out. That is when the Docs suggest that they get married. Well You get the idea.

I have had back ache for long time, up until I started exercizing regularly and Good ole Chinese acupuncture. I sleep well and I don't have the back pain anymore. Make sure that you go to a certified acupuncturist, some of them are sketchy.

Good Luck

BG, Geeljire, The Point,

I just went into little details of JB's suggestions and how it's not necessarily the cause of Ibtisam's back pain.

ps. this is the age of info nothing is kept behind close doors anymore.
