The article suggests, nearly 99% of the cases handled by Shariah Courts in the United Kingdom deals with divorce (mainly abused women seeking release) and almost always the judges urging the couple should stay together. What are your thoughts on this subject.And as Muslims in the West, if presented with a similar situation, would you personally go to a Shariah Family court to resolve these issues? And if taking this approach proved to be ineffective to you individually, what other options are available?
