Farmaajo speaks about the oil conference in London

Farmaajo is right here. Meanwhile, only a few road blockers leading by Calasow and OODWEYNE hidden behind, showed up, the planned protest in London. If you can not trust Farmaajo on this, who will you trust? The process must move forward and the nation moves forward.

You can not simply bargain and wait forever. We are the point when the world is moving away from fossil energy and they still want to wait. Anarchists want to maintain their roadblocks and dark business.

Caruurtii iyo dumarkii ayaa gaajo udhimanaya iyana waxay kahad layaan waxbaa laxaraashey. Waxay dhahayaan  khayraadkii soomaaliya ayaa laxaraashayaa. Hadiiba laxaraasho maxaa kujaban.  waxayba ahayd in 1960 laxaraasho. Hadii taasi dhicilahayd maanta soomaaliya sidaas ma ahaateen

Farmaajo is controlled by his wife who is PM Kheyre's close cousin.  Kheyre has well established financial interests in exploiting our oil with unsavory foreign characters including Russians. It is a fact and Kheyre never denied he is involved.

This oil project is very important for PM Kheyre. Farmaajo has no real say in this. Don't be so naïve.

Let us say, it is important for Khayre but what Khayre can do by his own or with Farmaajo. Of course, the company that invested money to collect data wants their investment back and Khayre was involved as well, others for the last government.  Khayre is trying to help them as well as find interested buyers. At this point, there are none.

The project is bigger than Khayre and for that matter Farmaajo. Khayre may involved but he does not own it and he can not simply benefit it. Even if he stays two more years, the process will be very slow because there will be no big oil company rushing to sign a deal with Somalis any time soon.

Creating farmwork for sharing national resources and completing the constitution draft will be the top issue discussed the march Garowe meeting. It is all about moving the nation forward. No need for road blocks.

  • Thanks 1

If I am not mistaken, Kheyre's last job was with oil company. He also had to sell shares before he can become PM.

Oil can also move you backwards. Just mention of oil can destroy a country. Uganda became oil producer, but is in small quantity and no oil major has time or attention in those quantities and far away bushes.

Somalia is different. You do not need to go far to find an example what can happen...Ethiopia is best example.

Oil was found and agreement signed between Ethiopia and Exxon (Standard oil) long before oil was found in Saudi Arabia. The British made a coup in Ethiopia and brought Emperor Haileslassie. The rest is history.

At this time you can also see the same. The Tigray had deals with China, Malaysia, Singapore...yet in what can be called a coup, America came in and told them to move out and brought in Abiy and Co. America did not need to go after Tigray since they still want them for other things. The British had no need for Prince Iyasu in 1920s.

I can't imagine how stupid we are to give away our resources at this crucial time. look at what is happening in Venezuela. A man elected by the people is being overthrown because of the oil and gold of that nation.

Some are even preparing the coming civil war of Venezuela. Why these two men are putting an albatross  in the Somali neck when we can not even defend the borders of the country let alone the high seas.

Only a sovereign and free nation that controls its borders and territorial waters could enter in to this kind of agreements. Why would a man who can't even control the nation's capital want to enter these agreements. These guys probably had given up on the nation and want to cash and retire in foreign capitals.

Mucaaradku waa wax wanaagsan oo loo baahanyahay in dadku ilaashadaan dalkooda iyo khayraadka ku jira

Meeshaan waxaa ka muuqata marin habaabin aan macno wayn lahayn

Xog ururintu waa shirkaduhu ha ogaadaan meesha ay danahoodu dhaqaale mustaqbalka ku wajahan yahay wax walbana waxay leeyihiin bilow meel dhexe iyo dhamaad.

Balse dadka mucaaradkaa qudhoodu "Data" ayay leeyihiin oo waxaa jiray nin been la qalin jiray oo oran jiray libaaxa ha layga fujiyo.

Markii loo yimaado ama loosoo gurmadana dhoola cadayn jiray.

Markii been lagu bartayna aakhirkii libaax runa u yimid qaylo dambana laga maqalm

CC/shakuur waxaa loo haystaa inuu baddii soomaaliya iibsaday see loo rumaysan karaa inuu batrool, gudaheeda ku jira u difaacayo.

Xasan sheekh intuu xukunka hayay waxaa la boobay ama la bixiyay dhulkii la oran jiray hanti guud waana tan keenaysa inuu malabsi joojin waayo.

Guud ahaan soomaalidu mucaaradkeedu wadaniyad ma leh waa qabiilaysi iyo dano ayaga u gaara waana idiin sababaynayaa

Waligaa arki maysid beesha hogaanka haysa markaas oo wiilkooda mucaaradaya ama kasoo hor jeeda maamulkiisa.

Waa jufo kale oo soomaaliyeed oo aysan isku lahjad ahayn, waxa mucaaradku ka yimaado, haduusan doqon ahayn sida sharuucda qabiilkooda ku qoran.

Looks like Farmaajo has caught the flu from Abiy and Isayas.

It was not too long ago the two amigos were talking about pipeline from Ethiopia to Assab Eritrea, which everybody know has no economic, security, social, geographic sense, yet everybody was talking about it for weeks.

Faarmajo is talking about off shore, because talking about on shore brings the states and will be end of the issue. It is a way to look governmental without participation of federal states. A way to ignore the regions.

But the oil companies know that what happens in Baydaba has more influence even on the off shore oil.

I hate this face book politics of talking nonsense while ignoring critical and detrimental questions like constitution, working with regions of Somalia rather than foreign countries.

This oil business will blow over weeks from now, yet the fundamental issues will still be sitting there if not gotten worst.
