Obviously fake letter without a signature but museveni stated the obvious and well know fact. Somalia is a failed state with no organised authority where regional presidents cut ties with the federal gov. Its the bitter truth.

I agree Manazawi is right about  current situation of Somalia. But he sensing losing his current  contract that is why he is launching this attack. He must to find another way of making hard money.

I agree with Museveni, Somalia is a text book example of failed State, yes a country but not State.

Somali gov can not even enforce law in Capital.

Secessionist folishley gloat about current state of Somalia when in the eyes of the international community, the UN, African Union, EU and Arab all recognize Somalia which includes Somaliland as a failed state. Instead of working together as Somalis to improve the lives of Somali people, the geeljire in them whispers our clan is not part of the failure.

That is true but the reality is even worst. Somaliland in its current form is a failed state within a failed state. We don't even have the privilege of being mocked as a failed state.
