Hargeysa doesnt need scyscrapers. Marka hore Somalis need clean water for everybody, decent roads, hospitals and schools for all. At the moment many people go back home and build a 10 bedroom house, only to drink dirty water from a booyad and lock up the house once they come back to Britain.
