MY FAVORITE TUPac jams got to be changes cuzz you can see how conscious of a rapper he is in that song..so props for dat song...THE WHOLE SONG ALL THE LYRICS>>>>>

SECOND favorite gotz to be DEAR mama ..i always rock that jam

DEAR MAMMA YA'LLLL:

Dear Mama - Tupac

You are appreciated...

When I was young, me and my mama had beef

17 years old kicked out on tha streets

though back in tha time, I never thought I'd see her face

ain't a woman alive that can take my mommas place

suspended from school, scared ta go home

I was a fool with tha big boys breaking all tha rules

shed tears with my baby sister

over tha years we wuz poorer than tha other little kids

and even though we had different dadies

tha same drama when things went wrong we blamed mama

I reminisced on tha stress I caused, it wuz hell

hugg'en on my mama from a jail cell

and who'ed think in elementary, heeeey i'd see tha penitentiary

One day

running from tha Police, that's right

Momma catch me--put a whoop'en to my backside

and even as a crack fiend mama,

ya always was a black queen mama

I finally understand for a woman

it ain't easy--trying ta raise a man

ya always wuz committed, a poor single mother on welfare,

tell me how ya did it

there's no way I can pay ya back

but tha plan is ta show ya that I understand.

you are appreciated...

Ghetto_gurl: yeah it's cool that you like tupac and all but he's no angel. Neither are these rapstars. Why do we pay so much attention to meaningless ppl?...So what if he ain't dead or if he's alive?...Aren't there more important things in life besides dead hip-hop stars?...Dont get me wrong i love tupac but opening a topic about him and thug life is not any of the somali communities concern. And lets not say "may he rest in peace"...he's a kafir who talked about god in his songs but didn't fear him. I can't judge his character because the one above can and i truly believe that. All i'm sayin' is concentrate on other matters of subject. Like current world affairs, educating yourself and rebuilding your country, guiding our youth to the right path, and fearing allah(swt)...because this world is not forever, it's only temporary. Sorry if i sound pissed off or angry but i don't...just speaking my mind.

BY THE WAY RAMADAN KAREEM TO EACH AND EVERY SINGLE ONE OF YOU!...LET'S KEEP IT REAL AND PEACEFUL.

PeAcE ;)

Asaalaamu caleykum,

my beautiful somali sister it should've been more rewarding for you in the day of khayama if you called up on all the ppl for the allah's way.

i'm not trying to bring you down or anything like that GOD 4bid i'll never do that but i believe who ever tells you something worth listening is some one who really cares about and i care about you my muslim, somali sister besides i believe you would've done the same thing for me right?

anyway please my sister in this holly month of ramadan i think we should be preaching about the religion of islam instead of the kuffaars and what they do and remember in the day of khayama ALLAH will ask you what have you done with your time, wealth, beauty and most of all your knowledge and you can imagine the kind of answer that will get you off the hook but the question still remains what have u done with your valuable times good deeds or bad? innaa lillaahi wa innaa ileyhi raajicuun. may ALLAH guide us all through the right path.amiin.amiin.amiin.

OW MY GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOD,,,BBAY GIRL THIS MY FAVORITE JOIN OF THE NIGGA PAC,,,

"AINT NEVER HAD A FREIND LIKE ME"

BUT YO CHECK THIS OUT THIS MY FAVORITE 2PAC TRACK OF ALL TIME,,,,Artist: 2Pac

Unconditional Love

(What y'all want?)

Unconditional Love (no doubt)

Talking bout the stuff that don't wear off

It don't fade

It'll last for all these crazy days

These crazy nights

Whether you wrong or you right

I'm a still love you

Still feel you

Still there for you

No matter what (hehe)

You will always be in my heart

With unconditional love

[Verse One]

Come listen to my truest thoughts, my truest feelings

All my peers doing years beyond drug dealing

How many caskets can we witness

Before we see it's hard to live

This life without God, so we must ask forgiveness

Ask mama why I got this urge to die

Witness the tears falling free from my eyes, before she could reply

Though we were born without a silver spoon

My broken down TV, show cartoons in my living room (hey)

One day I hope to make it, a player in this game

Mama don't cry, long as we try, maybe things change

Perhaps it's just a fantasy

A life where we don't need no welfare

**** with our whole family

Maybe it's me that caused it, the fighting and the hurting

In my room crying cause I didn't want to be a burden

Watch mama open up her arms to hugging

And I ain't worried bout a damn thang, with unconditionl love

[Chorus: repeat 2X]

In this game the lesson's in your eyes to see

Though things change, the future's still inside of me

We must remember that tomorrow comes after the dark

So you will always be in my heart, with unconditional love

[Verse Two]

Just got the message you've been calling all week

Been out here hustling on these streets, ain't had a chance to speak

But you know, with you and me it's on G

We could never be enemies, cause you been such a good friend to me

Where would I be without my dogs

No wonder why when times get hard

Cause it ain't easy being who we are

Driven by my ambitions, desire higher positions

So I proceed to make Gs, eternally in my mission

Is to be more than just a rap musician

The elevation of today's generation

If could make 'em listen

Prison ain't what we need, no longer stuck in greed

Time to plan, strategize, my family's gotta eat

When we make somethin out of nothing

No pleasure in the suffering, neighborhood would be good

If they could cut out all the busting

The liquor and the weed the cussing

Sending love out to my block

The struggle never stops (unconditional love)

[Chorus]

[Verse Three]

I'll probably never understand ya ways

With everyday I swear I hear ya

Trying to change your ways while gettin paid at the same time

Just had a baby with the same eyes

Something inside, please let me die these are strange times

How come I never made it

Maybe it's the way the played it in my heart

I knew one day I gotta be a star

My hopes and all my wishes

So many vivid pictures, and all the currency

I'll never even get to see

This fast life soon shatter us

Cause after all the lights and screams

Nothing but my dreams matter

Hoping for better days

Maybe a peaceful night, baby don't cry

Cause everythang gonna be alright

Just lay your head on my shoulder

Don't worry bout a thang baby

Girl I'm a soldier (huh)

Never treated me bad, no matter who I was

You still came with that, unconditional love....

"I wake up in the morning and i ask myself,

Is life worth living shall i blast myself.

I am tired of being poor and even worse i am black.

Cops give a damn about a negro, pull the trigger kill a nigga he is a hero.

First ship'em dope and let'tm deal the brothers, give'em guns step back and watch them kill each other. It is time to fght back thats what huey(black panther leader who got killed by the FBI) say, two shots in the dark now huey's dead."

this happens to be my favorite song of all time....R.I.P 2PAC..WE LOVE YOU

Keep Ya Head UpArtist: 2Pac

Album: Strictly 4 My N.I.G.G.A.Z.../Greatest Hits (cd one)

Song: Keep Ya Head Up

Little somethin for my godson Elijah and a little girl named Corinne

Verse One:

Some say the blacker the berry, the sweeter the juice

I say the darker the flesh then the deeper the roots

I give a holler to my sisters on welfare

Tupac cares, and don't nobody else care

And uhh, I know they like to beat ya down a lot

When you come around the block brothas clown a lot

But please don't cry, dry your eyes, never let up

Forgive but don't forget, girl keep your head up

And when he tells you you ain't nuttin don't believe him

And if he can't learn to love you you should leave him

Cause sista you don't need him

And I ain't tryin to gas ya up, I just call em how I see em

You know it makes me unhappy (what's that)

When brothas make babies, and leave a young mother to be a pappy

And since we all came from a woman

Got our name from a woman and our game from a woman

I wonder why we take from our women

Why we rape our women, do we hate our women?

I think it's time to kill for our women

Time to heal our women, be real to our women

And if we don't we'll have a race of babies

That will hate the ladies, that make the babies

And since a man can't make one

He has no right to tell a woman when and where to create one

So will the real men get up

I know you're fed up ladies, but keep your head up

Chorus

Eeewww child things are gonna get easier

Eeewww child things are gonna get brighter

Eeewww child things are gonna get easier

Eeewww child things are gonna get brighter

Verse Two:

Aiyyo, I remember Marvin Gaye, used to sing ta me

He had me feelin like black was tha thing to be

And suddenly tha ghetto didn't seem so tough

And though we had it rough, we always had enough

I huffed and puffed about my curfew and broke the rules

Ran with the local crew, and had a smoke or two

And I realize momma really paid the price

She nearly gave her life, to raise me right

And all I had ta give her was my pipe dream

Of how I'd rock the mic, and make it to tha bright screen

I'm tryin to make a dollar out of fifteen cents

It's hard to be legit and still pay tha rent

And in the end it seems I'm headin for tha pen

I try and find my friends, but they're blowin in the wind

Last night my buddy lost his whole family

It's gonna take the man in me to conquer this insanity

It seems tha rain'll never let up

I try to keep my head up, and still keep from gettin wet up

You know it's funny when it rains it pours

They got money for wars, but can't feed the poor

Say there ain't no hope for the youth and the truth is

it ain't no hope for tha future

And then they wonder why we crazy

I blame my mother, for turning my brother into a crack baby

We ain't meant to survive, cause it's a setup

And even though you're fed up

Huh, ya got to keep your head up

Chorus

Verse Three:

And uhh

To all the ladies havin babies on they own

I know it's kinda rough and you're feelin all alone

Daddy's long gone and he left you by ya lonesome

Thank the Lord for my kids, even if nobody else want em

Cause I think we can make it, in fact, I'm sure

And if you fall, stand tall and comeback for more

Cause ain't nuttin worse than when your son

wants to kno why his daddy don't love him no mo'

You can't complain you was dealt this

hell of a hand without a man, feelin helpless

Because there's too many things for you to deal with

Dying inside, but outside you're looking fearless

While tears, is rollin down your cheeks

Ya steady hopin things don't all down this week

Cause if it did, you couldn't take it, and don't blame me

I was given this world I didn't make it

And now my son's getten older and older and cold

From havin the world on his shoulders

While the rich kids is drivin Benz

I'm still tryin to hold on to my survivin friends

And it's crazy, it seems it'll never let up, but

please... you got to keep your head up
