A girl's maturity comes quicker than boys and the time they are 14 their interaction with men is has already began. They reach maturity quickly but dont change alot as they grow older, and as men, teenagers as old as 17 and 18 can be seen exchanging pekamon cards in the estates. A man maturity is mostly mental, not how many years old he is but how many brain cells do he have counts. As for girls the body counts, lol truth...
