It is not a far fetched issue.

Rather than meet in Djibouti or Istanbul, why not go to Hargeisa directly. The otrher issue I just wrote on the article about the Indian ocean, it is all about the money.

Farmaajo can come to Hargeisa on the excuse to restart the talks for the two entities. The innocent public on both sides would greet this move whole hardly but those of us who know the games understand that the main issue is a plot to get the IMF loan.

Farmaajo will fly back and come back to his bunker while Musse gets the badly needed loan to bribe the storms gathering from the east.

We will threw the whole delegation koodbuur jail baan ku xiidhaya.  The cheeseman should try . No official from the Amisom bunker can visit Somaliland.  Sharcigi 1991 ladhigtay waxba iskamay  badalin. Talks on neutral ground with mediation. But I doubt there will be any talks the next few years. Between Somaliland republic and the amisom bunker.

It is not beyond the realms of possibility for a region seeking independence to sit down with the mother country. Knowing all the domestic issues Mr. Bihi is currently facing,  he will not do this unilaterally. Somaliland parliament would have to approve such a move.

Oodweyne we exhausted the talks  back in 2013 they are just wasting time.  And we in Somaliland value time and they think they are smart. The amisom bunker is not a real govt  it has no legitimacy it controls no where. The talks ended with out any result and with out the Europeans and Americans or Chinese or Russians  or what ever regional power. It's pretty useless. But we in Somaliland dont recognise  The amisom fiefdom led by the Ugandan dictator cabiiid musafanin  and the south African united nation bureaucrat.

Folks, the talks are not ended by Somaliland. It was Hassan Sheikh who ended when he got nothing in return.

mom the issue of parliament, it is probably the easiest thing to pass through.

During the reign of Ahmed Siilaanyo, there were legally binding rule passed by the parliament during he Rayaale administration that prohibited sitting and talking to Somalia.

Yet, Siilaanyo said “ qof badan isku qufulnay” and convened a meeting of minds and passed another deal that allowed him to talk. It is that simple.

This is fairytale story.

If Cheeseman wants to pull Abiye Ahmed style, then he needs to act and talk like Abiye Ahmed first.

Abiye didn't just out of the  blue appear in Asmara. He first made a call by accepting the boundary commision's decisions.

If Cheeseman accepts facts on the ground instead of wasting energy and resources on non-starters like trying to get IC not deal with Somaliland or trying to get Somaliland's Airspace without Somaliland's support. All these steps only make a solution to the issue much harder. And definitely plays to Somaliland's independence causes.

It is not just Cheeseman but all the South's politicians.
