    IKEA

^^^ lol the fancy cabinet with the dishes is a staple of Somali diaspora decoration manual. I see you didn't read the manual I like Ikea, except there's no creativity behind their products. They try to sell you this so-called modern designs that frankly just all look a like. But its cheap and can last provided there no abuse to it like KK said.
  2. ^^^ LOOOL I think people should really look into family planning. I mean children are a blessing but if you can't take care of them, why be selfish?
  3. ^^ So following this logic a simple change of attire can keep natural catastrophes away? mmm how delusional Peasant: Us women fight? Never. We discuss walaal Serenity: I totally agree
  4. I thought the same thing Naxar
  5. Ha Ha Ha C&H!! I had this avatar way before, try 3 years before you But I can share:)
  6. Nonsense! Makes you wonder if these cleric don't have any mental issues that have yet to be treated.
  7. The Imam must follow the rules of the Deen. We can all disagree with what happened but the rules are there. In this case however, the way he went about it is deplorable to say the least. To add on to the family's pain is unnecessary. However, Allah knows best.
  8. I think speaking of the legacy is fine but you can't erase or deny the atrocities that they committed as well. By doing that, you actually give credit to the initial goal they had which was honourable. However pretending that their legacy was for the benefit of all Somalis is not only false but an insult to the innocents that died at their hands.
  9. Crying?? Is that what you hear when people try to give you a simple reality check? aww how sad. And as far as giving the country to the "civilian rule" I assume civilian in this context here is quite exclusive. Walal, let's just be honest about the good, the bad and the ugly of the snm agenda. That's all.
  10. What a joke! snm only tried to "rescue" its own and did NOT "Liberate all Somalis"! If you're going to feed us a fairy tale atleast try harder. The beginning was indeed an honourable attempt to give a bigger piece of the pie to its own, however the end resulted in shattering a country rather then anything else.
  11. Today I feel motivated to change my eating habits back to the way it use to be. I also want to enjoy life a bit more and try new things. Yes indeed, today was a good day!
  12. Somalicentric, I for one, really liked your pictures walal. Some actually made me stop and stare for a while at times. Keep up the great work. Perhaps you can even share some tricks with a beginner like moi
  13. This is simply beautiful! the imagery is amazing! no words left to say.

    Learn 2 Knit

Wow Curly! You're really good! I tried once before to follow my mother's instructions but kept messing up. Now I want to get back to it, but my plate is quite full for the time being. Insha Allah, I'll try it again, Keep up the good work!
  15. I love your style of poetry! Its raw and straight to the point, no need to read between some lines and try to figure out what your saying...its like painting. Its clear and in your face! Mashallah!!
  16. Eleanor Rooseveilt said "Great minds discuss ideas. Average minds discuss events. Small minds discuss people." Duke, Whats the purpose of posting this man's plight? Clearly, you think the North is part of Somalia but in situations like this, you post comments in the hopes to continue installing sentiments of division. You are just like the ones who want to break our country into pieces for their clan's interest. Truly, you are an obstacle to Somalia rising from this never ending war. Discuss, politics like its meant to be, defend your joke of a government if you believe in what he stands for. Discuss facts, and futur projects, if there is any on his agenda. Laakiin, this foolish game of insults, seriously undermines whatever cause your trying to push, as lame as it might be!
  17. ^^^ Walaalo, Incha Allah when peace is restored this idea of seperation will evaporate into thin air, until then there are regions who are for the most part against these illusion and refuse to follow twisted ones over the edge. Long live Somalia
  18. Red sea, walaal, Read up the other threads about the riig issue.
  19. These demonstrations wont change anything from the way this admin works. Evidently, some will choose to believe that Sl is "one", if that was the case when more then one perished few weeks ago the admin had nothing to say about it. However now, the admin is well awake and can take from Awdal to give to others. After that, many will have the audacity to say things are fine and well in lala land
  20. Many speak of facts while supporting and entity that does not exist. How ironic. Like it or not, it is common sense that one would not want to be part of an entity that supports and celebrates the same sickening men that where behind the killings of Awdal’s children. Further, when concern is brought forth, twisted ones enquire instead about your “alleged” background. How simple minded on their part.
  21. Abdillah, your right, theres something truly dignified in fighting till the end for what you believe in. Theres men like this old man and then theres men that would gladly hand over our country to vultures and centuries old ennemies. Truly Sad.
  22. AfricaOwn: speaking on a pic here and there does not mean much walaal. Some might go along with the festivities, some by have some financial interest in the illusion that is sl. My point is that, while bloody protest or whatnot dont take place in Awdal, the fact is this admin has not done much for that region, and as matter of a fact neglects most of its regions. You cant just follow because you dont like the other side Ng: the facts that you speak of are illusions. However it seems to be that if one criticise your illusion automatically his against it. One thing I will give sl is the ability to maintain peace. But can you prove that Awdal citizens are satisfied with this administration or at least that they want seperation from the rest of Somalia, can you come up with a census? I bet you cant, but if you will use that 97% vote all seperatist speak of then carry on with the illusion.
  23. ^^ Walaal (A&T), Awdalites can and will defend themselves, if need be. Rest assured! To paint them as some weak people is to not understand their wisdom. While they have the self-belief they need, I think, they lack organisation in their efforts to speak strongly in a united voice. Instead they rather enjoy their peace and quest for knowledge. But this is where some assume wrong, because they dont take part of murderous act or take up arms whenever theirs a discourse. Ng, Adeer, you can find your answer by the fact that the greatest majority in Awdal do not believe in this seperatist movement. But I suppose that your "97%" helps you sleep better on such facts. Oh and about the beat, i'll bring my durbaan "me and my people" are known for our dancing skills. I say bring it LazyG, Girl your some type of instigator aren't you? lool (I would have probably done the same thought
  24. ^^^^ loool, perhaps you can free them
