    Secure Somalia is in the interest of All regional Players.

     

    MOGADISHU: The UAE has provided various forms of assistance to areas in Southwestern Somalia similar to the support provided to the Federal Republic of Somalia and its various regions.

     

    The aid was delivered at the UAE's Embassy in Mogadishu in the presence of Mohammed Ahmed Othman Al Hammadi, UAE's Ambassador to Somalia, and Sharif Hassan Sheikh Adan, President of South West State of Somalia.

     

    The assistance included four pick-up trucks and four-wheel drive, an ambulance, a water tanker, as well as other forms of assistance, including food items, sugar, oil, dates, and rice as part of the Iftar Project, which is implemented by the UAE Embassy in various Somali regions and areas during the Holy Month of Ramadan.

     

    The President of the South West State of Somalia, extended his thanks and appreciation to the UAE for its continued and generous support to the people and the Government of Somalia and its various regions through development and humanitarian projects in different areas.

     

    For his part, Al Hammadi stressed that the UAE will continue to provide support and aid to Somalia and its various regions.

     

    He pointed out that the assistance provided by the UAE to the Southwest State of Somalia comes within the framework of the projects offered by the country to support the security and stability in Somalia.

    Ethiopia doesnt recognize you,low level meeting mean nothing,ninyahow,HY tribe must respect territorial integrity of ethiopia and neighbourly ties and stop importing their kids to bomb hotels,schools in south somalia otherwise this repititive incident will continue.

    salah,ethiopian are peace keeping Force which has a mandate,they are eating icecreams in baydhabo,GEDO and Hiiraan,they will leave as requested by the locals the AMISOM in hiiraan used helicoptors on the shabab dogs which rained on them,that is why Shabab met with the worst massacre on them,their capability reduced to zero with a diminishing local support,the dogs of hell-shabab will learn to think twice before destroying themselves,now the AMISOM must identify these terrorists and investigate their family roots,it is not over for the terrorists.

    At least 70 people were reportedly killed after clashes between an armed tribe ( Habar Yonis) and the Ethiopian security forces erupted in Jama Dubbad, about 40 kilometers South-Eastern of the district town of Gashamo, in the Province of Degahbur, according to residents.

     

    “The Ethiopian government-backed paramilitary force better known as Special (Liyuu) Police killed residents of Jama Dubbad in revenge,” said a resident who asked not to be named.

     

    The fighting escalated and continues in the Hashi Agole, about 15 kilometers from the district town of Gashaamo on Tuesday night, Waraq News reported.

     

    The tribal elders and the generals of the Ethiopian National Defense Forces did not succeed to halt the fighting.

     

    This is not the first time that armed tribes from Isaaq and Liyuu Police clashed in Gashaamo in the Somali region of Ogaden. Liyuu Police forces summarily executed 10 men during a March 2012 operation in the region, according to Human Rights Watch.

    The HY tribe sometimes collaborates with the alshabab terrorist groups to carry out criminal activities in south of the country and along the border.

    Passengers travelling to Nairobi will undergo security checks only in Wajir in a bid to ease movement of people between the two cities, unlike the current practice where checks are done both in Wajir and Nairobi.

    the whole media is talking about the failed shabab dogs attack,they didnt know that the camp that 4 checkpoints and shabab thought it was only 1 checkpoint,they got massacred like pigs ,the whole town is laughing today at these terrorists who were send to hell,it will be one of the biggest failures ever of the dogs group and i am not sure if they will recover from this failure, ,even intelligence was provided to the hiiraan AMISOM by the locals which turned the whole operation into one of the deadliest failures of the terrorist group.

    it cant get clearer that xasuuq hotel operations are committed by non-locals and imported to them,the amount of burco boys coming through tabliiq to do bombings is uncountable and the ones killed off after they get injured cuz these dogs cant afford their medicals.you need to restrict your boys send them to high sea if you want.shabab dogs have lost all hope and decency,they know they will never dream of ruling somalia as there is recognized government,rule of law with huge local support.the only thing they can do is bomb schools and hotels.

    sad ,sad story,somali life is cheaper than a fly,where ever they are.

    but this is what 25 years of dowlad la aanta and anarchy does to the somali psyche and the fact that shabab kills and bombs our innocent civlians doesnt help much.

    what is worst damiir la`aan when fighters of shabab get injured they are instantly killed off because the terrorist group cant afford to fund the medical care needed.
