  1. i know that, but were considered part of *** by the 4.5. So mabye there over 100 *** xildhibaans but i doubt there are over 100 snm xildhibaans xildhibaans. U see wat i mean? Either way, u could be right., cuz i i havent looked into it.
  2. Gaacuur r u sure those stats r accurate? over 100 xildhibaan, and over 2000 soldiers and police? wow. Seems far fetched to me.
  3. I love u all my fellow Somalis. Lets just all get along shall we? lool
  4. Yea i think he meant 60k. yeah Samjamaa is single i believe, cuz she started a thread a few days ago called y im not married. Shes ones of the last single girls on here now that Aaliyah is taken. But A Khadar, u gotta be more discrete with the shukaansi, r u single kulahaa..lool.
  5. whoever he is hes a lucky guy, and yes waan soo ducayn doona. I just hope he aint a revert loool. that seems to be in among somali girls
  6. ur right, at my age there is no rush. Wat about u laakin? if i remeber correctly ur around 35 right ? loool
  7. looooool, i wish i was close to 30. Im only 20 right now, thats y 13 000 seems like a fortune.
  8. if its all on the faarax, im gonna become a budhcad badeed, i c no other way lol
  9. wow, so how does it go? is the man expected to pay for everything? the wedding plus the furniture? or does the girls family help out a bit?
  10. loool, 13k for furniture? the sofa better be encrusted with gold and diamonds for that price. loool. but ur other estimates sound reasonable.
  11. How much does a good wedding, nothing too extravagant cost? Including everything, even the furniture for ones new apartment/house? Any estimates? Id like to know wat im up against, especially in this tough economy lol.
  12. ur right, i shouldnt have generalized. Ofcourse not all religious r like that. And leave MMA alone lool, he was just saying the dahab would make u forget that im from the SNM clan lool.
  13. lol @ MMA, but i don't live in Toronto and i doubt Aaliyah would marry someone from the SNM clan anyway lool.
  14. Too bad i don't live in Toronto, maybe id have better luck there.
  15. Yeah ur right, deen cant be compromised. Thanks for the advice
  16. Aaliyah, by that I mean these niqaabis and hijabies who become stuck up and think their better than people when their akhlaq sucks. And everything they talk about always revolves around deen, as if they have no personality. Its hard to explain, but ive had some not so good experiences with religious people, guys and girls.
  17. lool @ Somalia. Ive heard of too many people doing that and it usually doesnt end well, so no thanks bro.
  18. Ok, so of the three things i mentioned which criteria should i compromise on? Like how far should i lower my standards?
  19. Anyone know about the author? That can tell us a lot about the historical perspective and interpretation of key events that'll be forward in the book, unless the author happens to be a transcendent Somali nationalist who doesn't shamelessly skinny-dip in the dirty waters of clan politics. Sadly being Somali and neutrality in Somali affairs is almost mutually exclusive.
  20. Thanks for the advice walaalo, and ur right there are good girls out there but to be honest they're becoming very rare nowadays. Illaahay ha inoo sahlo.
  21. Wow, congrats to Amaal. Even though i do not condone her career choice, nonetheless i have mad respect for her after reading this. The religious zealots who'd be so quick to condemn her should take a lesson or two from this girl in sticking to their culture and heritage. Im tired of Somali wadaads going by Abu this and Abu that with their suadi arabian dress code. Waar wuxu miyaanay Somali ahayn oo dhaqan soomaaliyeed lagu so korin, cajiib.
  22. waxa la yidhi nin is fanshay was ri' is nuugtay lol
  23. How does one find a good Somali girl who is cultured, religious (not the new cohort of brainless religious zombies lol) and has good akhlaaq. Is this impossible to find these days in the west?
