  1. WASHINGTON (AP) — The Pentagon is sending nearly $45 million in military equipment, including four small drones, to Uganda and Burundi to help battle the escalating terrorist threat in Somalia.

Makes perfect sense, without the al shabab's existence none of these funds would be possible and these African countries hate to see Al shabab disappear.

At the end of the day everyone makes money except the innocent people being

    killed.

Shame on these fake Somali leaders for letting these Africans be their masters.

    alshabab in different inform .

  3. who's never accepted Riba. Majority of the people in the west either have credit cards with high interest rates or live in a house under mortgage and the same time they talk about Riba never flows in their blood. I come to wonder, if anyone has never come contact any sort of Riba. For example, people who do rent apt, house etc , don't know they are pay rent to someone who's paying interest to that property

I'm not going to lie , I have credit card which sometimes I end up not paying on time and I do pay interest but I really do want cancel it and find alternative way.

question is how do we get around this system that's being built around us ?

you can't buy property, vehicle or anything that's expensive without the help from the banks unless if you are rich.

  4. Libya

    Bahrain

    Yemen

all will join Somalia as the newly failed states. It's about time Somalia got some companions to make us feel that we are not the only one without a nation in instability. As the west thinks they are fighting for the freedom of those nation's people , they more those nations get closer to becoming run down nation by qabiil mentality.

Qaddafi maybe crazy but he does good job of keeping that nation stable like Saddam Hussein in Iraq.

watch as Libya becomes 20 nations within a nation

  5. MOGADISHU (Reuters) - Somalia's parliament has extended its mandate for three more years, its speaker said on Thursday, days after a regional bloc recommended the extension.

Somalia has not had a functional government since 1991, when rival warlords overthrew dictator Mohamed Siad Barre and turned on each other.

Under a 2009 deal, its transitional government mandate is to expire on August 20 this year, by which time it should have enacted a new constitution and held a parliamentary election.

"The Somali parliament voted today to add three years more to their term," Speaker Sharif Hassan Sheikh Aden told reporters.

Aden said of 435 legislators present during the vote, 421 voted in favour, 11 against and three abstained.

"The extended term is thus appropriate," he said.

Legislators said the next step was for parliament to elect a new speaker and deputy in the next sitting, while the president was expected to present himself for re-election, if he willed so, by July.

Ain't that something ?punch of useless . No progress, they all after 300 dollars from the united nation

  7. Even if somalis go to heaven , they would still fight. It's tragedy that even Rwanda

and Burundi who had long civil wars now live in a stable country. Somalis who call themselves

Muslims still fight over land and power.
