  1. OG MOTI My apology brother, I left Somalia when I was young and there is so many things that I don’t know, I never thought that camel and chicken could offend anyone .looooooooool I love Camel milk and chicken and that’s why I put them in the same context. What really scares me is this new law that the police have implanted..."Shot to Kill Policy" its aimed at Muslims and its really sad to see its been used on a innocent human being, for that reason alone I am thinking of heading elsewhere, there are a lot of Muslims in UK and the government are afraid that maybe 30 yrs or more that this country will be ruled by Muslims and that’s why they trying hard to give Islam a bad name, how can they fight with allah, alah is great. At the end the truth will be raveled
  2. I have never been so scared in my entire joyful life, I have been living in London UK for 18 years now and during those years I have been law abiding citizen, I have nevr been a member of any organized crime like the mafia or any terrorist group like al Qaeeda nor was I a drug dealer, I was clean as clean can be, with the exception for manor breach of playa playa rules……I am scared now that the police might shoot me just because I am a Muslim and just happened to be Somali from east Africa, I also carry a rucksack each day as I go to work and to top it off I take the subway and busses, with all these strong possibilities I came to this strong conclusion that I have a better chance of getting shot by the Police then getting laid on a Saturday night, I am contemplating leaving UK for good, maybe I start a new life in Somalia or any Arab countries. After the shooting of that innocent brazilin man I still have no trust in the police what so ever, I believe that they merciless when it comes to dealing with ethnics groups. I DON’T WANT TO BE SHOT BY SOME TRIGGER HAPPY DUDE, I DON’T WANT BE SHOT IN THE HAED 7 TIMES I am going to Somalia to raise some chicken or camels, at least I Will be safer and don’t have to worry about getting shot.

  11. Man I was away for a while and I came across this topic, its sickening to the stomach when some racist fags news paper calls my people donkey eaters, this is to disgrace our proud nation, Somalis don’t eat pork let alone donkeys, are this people sick they eat the most nasty things on earth. Some somalies have complaint about this and i am gone do my share insha Allah, UK peeps we need to stay together and fight this. Read On.... Ciar Byrne Wednesday November 5, 2003 Daily Star: investigated under clause one of PCC's code of practice, which covers accuracy The Press Complaints Commission is investigating a front-page story in the Daily Star headlined "Asylum seekers eat our donkeys" following a complaint that it inaccurately claimed donkey meat is a delicacy in Somalia. The watchdog is acting after a Somalian complained the story, published on August 31, was nonsense because eating donkey meat is forbidden in Somalia under Islamic law. A spokesman for the PCC confirmed it was investigating under clause one of its code of practice, which covers accuracy. However, the commission rejected complaints from up to six other people. One reader, Andy Platt, protested the article presented the allegation of donkey eating as fact and was discriminatory in its treatment of asylum seekers. The PCC threw out his complaint, saying it felt the allegation was clearly presented as comment and so did not breach clause one. The Star's headline was based on a comment about the investigation of the theft of nine donkeys from Greenwich royal park. The story said: "Asylum seekers have stolen nine donkeys and police believe they've killed and eaten them." A police insider is quoted as saying: "One of our main lines of inquiry is that they may have been taken by immigrants who like eating donkey meat as a delicacy." The PCC said: "The commission considered that, in the context of the article as a whole, the allegation was clearly presented as comment from an attributed source and readers would not necessarily have been misled into thinking this was the only possible explanation of the matter." It added that clause 13 of the code, which deals with discrimination, only exists to protect individuals and not groups and no individuals were named in the Star story. Peter Hill, the editor of the Daily Star, sits on the commission but has not taken part in any discussions about the complaints concerning his newspaper. Last month the PCC issued guidelines about the way newspapers cover the asylum issue, warning editors against using the term "illegal asylum seeker". Here the link if you wanaa complain. 12. HIV Somali man is found guilty of deliberately infecting lovers By Jeremy Laurance, Health Editor 15 October 2003 A man who knowingly infected two women with HIV has become the first person in more than a century to be convicted of inflicting biological grievous bodily harm. Mohammed Dica, 37, who has three children, persuaded two women to have unprotected sex without telling them he had HIV. He was a refugee from Somalia, but claimed to be a lawyer and to have served as a soldier in the Gulf War. The court heard that he was a practised Lothario who told the women a pack of lies. Doctors say the victims may have no more than 10 years to live. Dica told the first, a university graduate who worked for the United Nations, that he had had a vasectomy and did not need to use protection, and promised the second, a woman from Surrey with two children, that he loved her and wanted her to have his children. When she left her husband to be with him, he disappeared. Dica denied the offences, which took place between 1997 and 2000, and told detectives that both women had known of his condition. Yesterday a jury of six men and six women at Inner London Crown Court took two hours to find him guilty after the prosecution claimed he had "coldly and callously" infected his two lovers with the virus. Judge Nicholas Philpot deferred sentencing until next month but warned Dica he faced a lengthy period in prison. The offences carry a maximum of five years each. Detectives believe there may be other women infected by Dica and asked any who had had a relationship with him to come forward. The case is the first since Charles James Clarence was convicted in 1888 of causing grievous and actual bodily harm after infecting his wife Selina with gonorrhoea. He was cleared on appeal when the House of Lords ruled that passing a sexually transmitted disease during consensual sex did not constitute an assault. The same argument was used by Dica's lawyers. They said that as both women had agreed to sex, no assault had been committed. But Judge Philpot decided the law had moved on since 1888 as a result of a succession of cases which had chipped away at the Clarence position. In 1997, Anthony Burstow, 36, was convicted of inflicting psychiatric grievous bodily harm on a woman with stalking and telephone calls. On appeal, the Lords decided the Crown did not have to prove battery to secure a bodily harm conviction. Yesterday's conviction which follows the line of a similar case in Scotland two years ago. In March 2001, Stephen Kelly, 33, was found guilty of "culpable and reckless conduct" for passing HIV to his girlfriend. Dica's lawyers said they would appeal, and the case is likely to go to the Lords. The National Aids Trust criticised the verdict. It said: "Treating cases like this as a criminal offence will not prevent such incidents. People should feel able to disclose their HIV status without fear of rejection or discrimination." 14 October 2003 23:36 'He played with my life' Deborah had thought Dica was the man of her dreams One of the women "deliberately" infected with HIV by Mohammed Dica has said her "sentence has just begun". Dica was found guilty on Tuesday of two counts of "biological" grievous bodily harm. The woman, who can only be identified as Deborah, first met Dica at a south London nightclub. "I was just in the wrong place at the wrong time," she said. "He destroyed my life. If he had been honest from the beginning I'd never have had an affair with him. I'd have run a mile." When the couple met Deborah was in a long-term relationship, but she thought Dica was the man of her dreams. Within weeks they became lovers. I still loved this man, even though I knew he'd given it to me Deborah The father-of-three told Deborah he was separated from his wife, and pursued her with endless declarations of love, marriage and children. "He was like a prince in shining armour, saying all the right things. He was a lawyer, a Gulf War veteran, and so on. "I was going through a bad time. He was there, getting me through things." The woman, who is in her 30s, said Dica convinced her to leave her partner, but as soon as she did he disappeared. Around this time her health started to deteriorate and she soon discovered she was HIV positive. Dica said both women knew he was HIV positive Deborah said that at first she could not think straight, but knew she had to find the man who had infected her. Then one of Dica's friends confided to her that he was seriously ill in a hospital. When the mother-of-two tracked him down, he claimed doctors could not diagnose his condition. "I thought he really needs help and it would help the doctors and him if I told him. He held his head in his hands and said, 'Oh my God, I can't believe it'." He said he would take a test and two weeks later Dica told Deborah it was positive. "I still loved this man, even though I knew he'd given it to me. I thought he'd done so unknowingly. 'Felt dead inside' "But that couldn't have been further from the truth." The couple resumed their relationship, until Deborah discovered Dica had also infected his former girlfriend. "I felt sick. I felt dead inside. "I had to stop this man ruining more lives. He played with my life and he's destroyed it. "This has been a tragic part of my life. He passed on this infection deliberately. "Those who have it confirmed are obliged by human decency to make sure you don't spread that tragedy to others. 'Justice done' "I've often wondered why he did this. Maybe it was revenge, but only he would know this. "But I know he's got no remorse. He's only interested in himself." Deborah was "very low" in the first year after diagnosis, but said reporting Dica to the police made her stronger. "I know this is not over for me, but today we have seen the law really is there to support us. "My sentence has just begun. But I can now move on, knowing that justice has been done." 18. Time Out Guys Originally posted by Quite -Storm: Southern people know that the Somaliland flag represent a country and booing it shows how ignorant and how jealous some of the southern people are Is this why everyone upset and felt that they have been offended, walahi I don’t see anything that offends anyone….just read the bolded text Guys and Girls …..Take a minute and try to understand me and read me correctly What I posted was not intended to offend anyone, I just felt the need to let out in the open, I didn’t want this feeling to be inside of my head and be bad feeling, what I wrote was just a feeling that I felt that moments, I am not hating anyone and I do not want to cause a fight here, I have been posting here since FEB 2002 and if you look at all of my posting you will see what kind of posting I posted, I am not politically minded person, in fact I hate politics with passion, but you guy made this topic sounded like if I killed someone and you guys made me feel guilty without being defended, if I wanted to cause trouble I would have made an ALIEN nick name and started posting nonsense, please just understand me and I will try and understand you. You guys really are intellectual and I found that very gifting and rewarding, Allah forgives who he wants to forgive and If I am wrong please ask Allah to forgive me, we all make mistakes and no one is perfect, I just hate to be the one who cause trouble and destruction. My intentions are clean and I do not encourage violence and ask Allah to make us a one Nation, lets pray and forgive each other………. I have never insulted anyone for what they believe.
  19. When I posted this topic my first thoughts was that I was gone be swore at and booed at, but back of my head there was a feeling pounding with question like how the people gone react to this matter and how they write their views and I must say that I am really happy to see that some of you are positively thinking and answering my replies, everyone thinks its right in their on way, what’s right for someone might be wrong and vice versa, we all need guideness sometimes and if someone is wrong then its your duty to correct them as a Muslim and not to criticize him for what he believes, we all have different opinion and views about particular matter and we can’t always agree and disagree, its in our nature as a human beings. I said this before and I am strongly condemning bringing of Qabil in here, I do not tolerate it nor do I support the use of Qabil period, but what I am trying to say and I have said this before many times in my reply that my posting is not about All of southern people, its about how I feel about some minority that disrespect Somaliland and make fun of it, all I am saying is that please respect my people and stop talking about Somaliland and its values. That’s all I ask you guys, just a little respect for my people, it’s not my fault if the majority of Somaliland felt the need to separate from Somalia, walahi there is nothing better then being united and be as one, but the fact of the matter is that Somalilnders don’t won’t to make crucial mistakes and regret it later. And the other reason why Somaliland wont to break away from Somalia is that there is no effective government there, there is fighting going on till this day and warlords are controlling the major cities, who in their right mind would join a non stable government, I wouldn’t. 21. Captivating_SouL Walal thx for your positive input and admire your opinion, I have never intended to disrespect anyone nor did I mention any Qabil or clan in my post, I just simply posted the way I fell about certain things that made me feel angry, I am proud of where I come from and that’s is north, I am not here to bring Qabil walahi that is the last thing on my mind and besides I left Somalia when I was 5 and therefore I consider myself as a Muslim first then Somalilander next, my post is simply the about the way I feel about my birth place, is not my fault that 98 % of the people of Somaliland chose to separate from Somalia, I once liked Somalia but when my father told me horror stories about how they nearly got killed by the soldiers of The Dictator Siyad Barre I changed my opinion and from that day I become so distant from Somalia and its regime, I am not encouraging violence in my post I hope Allah forgive me if I am wrong, we all Muslims and we should treat each other with respect , but what made me post this topic is the way some southern people diss Somalilanders and pretend that nothing happened back in the civil war, thousands of people have been killed and many have been buried alive or shot to death by our Muslim brothers from south, now put yourself in my shoes what would you have done?.....we have been tortured and I am not talking about Qabil here we are talking about the people of Somalia back then (North Somalia) just put yourself in my shoes for 1 min and answer me …..would you go back to the old regime and pretend like nothing happened …or would you rather have your own government and be proud of it……what I am trying to say is that what happened back then is what lead to separation and civil war……walahi I am really astonished when you guys say why you guys breaking up from Somalia………Duh....we have been killed and tortured is that enough or are we born to be tortured. Kool Kat Walal please understand where I am coming from…I am just simply posting what I feel after that incident in the stadium, I am not bringing any Qabil here, I don’t even like talking about Qabil, and as for the Somali week anybody who is from East Africa is welcome to participate in the tournament …………not only somalilnders, I even saw some Jamaicans and some white people there …loooooool I guess there were Somalis too….. Walal I don’t like to argue and I am straight forward person and I say what's on my mind and heart, I don’t hide anything and I let my feelings out on the open and this how I feel about some of the people who ignorant about Somaliland and its sovergnity …. OG-Girl I respect you to walal and i always admire your posts and i found them interesting, and I hate to argue with and if I do I will have to agree with cause you simply pretty and intellectual person… Raula Originally posted by raula: ."...dont be pessimistic and one tribal-minded dear," I am not being tribal mined dear, and please do not put words into my mouth, did you read my topic correctly or you just assumed that I was talking about Qabil….what I said is that I am a proud Somaliander and when I heard some people saying and chanting racist remark about my country , my blood boiled to the max, how can these narrow minded people booed at a nation that its proud and single handedly achieved its peace without any help, is that why these sick minded people booe at Somaliland flag or is it Something else hidden in their sick mind that Somalilanders are just another sad story, hell no my dear ….you should read and investigate what my people went through to achieve this peace that we are enjoying now….does it ever cross your mind that we have been abused and tortured and that’s not all, we were subjected to a racial discrimination and all this because we were from north...walal you dont know how Somalilanders feel and therfore i suggest you talk face to face with a Somalilander and you will understand and if you dont understand then you have a problem.. Mobb_Deep I don’t care who cares and who not cares, this is a free speech and I am entitled to say what’s on my mind and what I feel about certain people, I am not generalizing at all, I am just disgusted by some minority who thinks that Somaliland will join Somalia, dream on guys. I am not desperately trying to tell you about Somaliland I am just sharing my opinions and views and you should distinguish the one from the other. I do not tolerate Qabil Talk walahi and as far as i am concern all somalis and somalilanders are created Equal.........
  22. Kool Kat, Walal it’s true that some of these kids mothers chew while their kids terrorizing innocent citizens and causing mayhem in the city, I blame the fathers too they don’t care about their kids, all they do is hang around cafes and talk nonsense and what so special about hanging around cafes anyway, don’t they have better thing to do then just hang out, this is not Somalia you know. Some of the Somalis in Toronto are a bad example for our great nation; I have never seen this kind of stuff anywhere else apart from TO. I hope our people Realize that we are degrading our heritage and culture by letting these rascals roam around and cause trouble, Somalis are known to be peace loving people, I am a proud Somali and when I see these kind of stuff my pride goes down. If I had my own way I would have send these bad seeds back to Somalia so that they can learn the meaning of respect and dignity.
