This is corruption at the highest level . How can anyone miss $80 million dollars. The Somaliland budget for 2018 was $168 million . To say a debt worth 50% of the budget is missed by the government is huge. The former finance minister Ms Samsam said that she is not aware of any debt that was in the books. She said all borrowed money were under registered accounts at the government bank. We need to hear from the former minister who was replaced just after serving 11 months.
